Who
we are The Independent Consultants Forum is a network of over 50 independent consultants based in the southeast of England, and operating in the broad arenas of developing organisations and managing people. We deliver advice and solutions that will have an impact on organisational and individual effectiveness. The nature of the work may be short-term or long term in its nature, depending on the client’s needs. Our solutions may, for example, be in the form of coaching, formal training courses, development programmes, the management of change programmes, facilitation or psychometric assessment. Some of our members also offer interim services whilst others offer specialised support in areas such as voice coaching and intercultural change. We are professionally qualified in our specialist fields and all operate within the Code of Practice of our professional body, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. |
