She offers a range of Human Resources and Learning and Development consultancy services to support the recruitment, retention and development of people.

• Masters in Education, Training and Development (Sheffield University)
• Certificate in Coaching (Henley Management College) to be completed June 2006
• Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development
• Licensed by the British Psychology Society to use a range of psychometric instruments
