People Programmes uses a unique ‘HR Audit Plus’ service which
reviews a company’s policies, procedures and practices to ensure
they meet current and forthcoming employment legislation, and helps them
get the best out of their employees.
We also provide in-house training on a number of topics, including managing
the performance of employees, conducting appraisals, dealing with disciplinary
and grievance issues, interviewing skills, leadership and managing people
in projects.
Much of our work is coaching employers through particular issues and then
providing business focused solutions to avoid further problems in the future.
Personal Profile
Barry Rees offers over 20 years experience of generalist HR in blue chip
organisations including BT and O2.
Since setting up People Programmes Ltd the focus has been in offering that
expertise to small and medium sized businesses.
Qualifications and Memberships
Chartered Fellow CIPD, BPS Level A & B qualified (16PF & HJ17),
Member of Institute of Operations Management.
