A highly experienced consultant with extensive experience in a wide variety
of sectors including retail, financial services, utilities, charities and
the public sector. Celia works with clients in a professional and practical
manner to support the development of reward solutions based on business
needs. She has extensive prior experience as a senior consultant with the
Hay Group, as an independent consultant and previously in senior HR positions
in the international hospitality industry.
