Personal Profile
Clive is a professionally certified management consultant, owner-managing SMP since 1990. Previously as a Director and senior manager he implemented organisation development programmes in customer service operations, marketing, sales and human resource development. He has designed and delivered best practice programmes on behalf of several professional service Institutes. His management advice on benchmarking process improvements has been published internationally in Arabic, Russian and Chinese with the endorsements of recognised industry leaders.

Qualifications and Memberships
Certified Management Consultant; member of the Recruitment Society, British Computer Society, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development; Fellow of the Institute of Business Consulting, and the Royal Society of Arts Manufactures and Commerce; Business Excellence standards assessor; Assessor for the professional qualification of Certified Management Consultant; trained by National School of Government to assess employee employability against the Baseline Personnel Security Standard; registered by the Improvement and Development Agency to advise on Sports and Culture programmes; Charter signatory for the national Wellness at Work standard of Mindful Employer.
