Clive is a professionally certified management consultant,
owner-managing SMP since 1990. Previously as a Director and
senior manager he implemented organisation development programmes
in customer service operations, marketing, sales and human
resource development. He has designed and delivered best practice
programmes on behalf of several professional service Institutes.
His management advice on benchmarking process improvements
has been published internationally in Arabic, Russian and
Chinese with the endorsements of recognised industry leaders.
