A pragmatic and hands-on approach to operational HR matters. A very flexible style working closely with the client and adapting to their individual needs. An enthusiastic professional with over ten years experience in all areas of HR, mostly in private sector service organisations, both in the UK and overseas. Particular knowledge of working within the logistics and aviation sectors. Specialist expertise in dealing with foreign company set -ups in the UK. Extensive prior experience in marketing and sales. Fluency in French and Spanish and extensive experience of the Japanese market.

Chartered Member CIPD, BACP level 2 Counselling, BA Joint (Hons) French & Spanish
