Personal Profile
John’s HR career spans extensive experience in the technology industry
at both blue chip and start up level, followed by work in the food retail
and financial services industries. He has in-depth experience in organisation
development and performance management, recruitment and the management/outsourcing
of large HR operational units. His work has taken him across most European
countries both in acquisition and merger activity and in managing pan-European
HR teams. Over the last 5 years John has focused his expertise in the leadership
of major change programmes, board level participation in business transformation,
and the development and improvement of HR organisation models.
