Luke uses his experience of extreme foot racing in environments such as
the Sahara Desert, Amazon Jungle, Himalaya and the Arctic to demonstrate
that we can all achieve more than we think if we adopt certain operational
and motivational strategies. He is a Coach and Speaker who in every sense “walks
the walk”.
