Personal Profile
I have nearly twenty years experience in HR and training, line and business management and consulting in the private, public and charity sectors.

My aim is to support change by working collaboratively with organisations to identify and work with issues and behaviours that are blocking performance at both the individual and organisational level. Learning can be tailored to meet the individual needs of an organisation and are designed by working with the key players in order to build genuine ownership. Management/Leadership programmes can be offered in collaboration with associate facilitators from Cass Business School.

Qualifications and Memberships
Ashridge Masters in Organisational Consulting (completing December 2005)
MBA specialising in Human Resource Management
Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
