Personal Profile
I am an experienced International HR consultant and Interim
Manager with 10 years experience of working at senior manager/director
level. I have worked in internal roles for most of the major
firms of professional services, most recently as HR Director
of the Emerging Markets Business of PwC Consulting. Successfully
led change programmes during mergers and acquisitions on a
number of occasions, designed performance management processes,
implemented leadership development programmes, designed and
implemented reward strategies
