Personal Profile
Peter Flower has over 35 years of human resources experience in the UK
and overseas both in the commercial corporate world as well as the charity
sector. Before developing his own consultancy, Peter was Employee Relations
and Reward Manager for Woolworths, Compensation and Benefits Manager at
Superdrug and Group Personnel and Training Controller for Bentalls.
Qualifications and Memberships
B.A. London University. Affiliate Member CIPD.
