Cable & Wireless – International Outsource - Managed the Outsource of UK & US HR transactional functions with a view to overall cost reduction / move to a variable cost model / acceleration of ongoing HR Transformation.

Barclays Bank – Sales Force Transformation - Facilitated the improvement of the overall performance levels of the Barclays Private Clients sales force by understanding what attributes drive high performance (High Performance Criteria) and streamlining management & HR practices.

Barclays Bank– Relationship Managers Role Sizing - Reviewed how many hours key sales employees worked and how they spent their time. Developed the sales role / organisational infrastructure to enable the organisation and individual sales employees be more effective.

Transport for London/Orion Partners – HR Shared Services and Business Partner Change - Managed the Organisation Design and People Transition Workstreams as part of a significant leading edge HR Transformation (Shared Services) Programme covering 500 employees. Included design of new organisation structure, the development of reward and career pathing proposals, competency development and the management of a significant downsize programme in a heavily unionised environment. Advised on the development of the HR Business Partner Model, developed a development programme and coached newly appointed HR Business Partners.
