overall cost reduction / move to a variable cost model / acceleration
of ongoing HR Transformation.
Barclays Bank – Sales Force Transformation - Facilitated the improvement
of the overall performance levels of the Barclays Private Clients sales
force by understanding what attributes drive high performance (High Performance
Criteria) and streamlining management & HR practices.
Barclays Bank– Relationship Managers Role Sizing - Reviewed how
many hours key sales employees worked and how they spent their time.
Developed the sales role / organisational infrastructure to enable the
organisation and individual sales employees be more effective.
Transport for London/Orion Partners – HR Shared Services and Business
