Personal Profile:
I am a leading Senior Reward Manager with extensive knowledge and experience of UK and International Compensation and Benefits within blue chip multinational organisations. A member of the CIPD with a Masters degree in Human Resource Management. During my career, I have been employed in senior corporate international compensation and benefits roles within: PepsiCo; Visa International and Electronic Arts where I managed a reward team prior to becoming an independent International Reward Consultant.

As an Independent Reward Consultant, I have been the reward lead on group relocations (100 employees) from the UK to Switzerland for two US multinationals; I have led the reward due diligence on major acquisitions in Sweden and Germany. In addition, I have regularly been involved in country benefits reviews and salary and benefits benchmarking. I have also led a tax review of stock plans in Europe.
