Helping people to learn from change, to develop management, leadership and organisational potential. Over 12 years’ experience, specialising in tailor-made, confidential work with senior personnel including assessments, development planning, psychometric instruments, 360∞ appraisals and interviewing, coaching, team development, Action Learning.

Personal Profile
A member of the international associate faculty of the Center for Creative Leadership in Brussels, working in the UK and abroad. As a firm foundation I use models and tools drawn from psychology, business, and education that are based on solid research and experience. For clients interested in developing their creativity and intuition, these methods are combined with dreams, visualisation, storytelling and drawing. Each situation is different so we will discuss what you want to accomplish, consider options, and design a process and evaluation to meet your needs.

Qualifications and Memberships
MSc Organisational Change. Post-Graduate Diploma Psychotherapy. Diplomas: Performance Coaching, Executive Coaching. Qualified user of psychometric and 360∞ appraisal instruments. Member: Association of Business Psychologists; Institute of Directors; Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development; Chartered Management Institute; UK Council for Psychotherapy.
